Can an order be cancelled?
If your order has not already been delivered, or is not on its way to being delivered, we can cancel it. To cancel an order, please email info@jasmineantoinette.com immediately. Unfortunately, if your order has already been sent out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
Is Jasmine Antoinette sweatshop-free?
Absolutely! It is our strong belief that both animals and human beings should be treated with respect and compassion. We only do business with ethical companies who are also doing everything they can to make the world a better place. We do our very best to ensure that they operate under fair trade conditions and are not manufacturing with child labor or under sweatshop conditions.
Where do you ship?
We ship to Canada as well as to the U.S. If you are outside of North America and would like to make a purchase, please email us and we will try to accommodate you.
