Do you accept cashier’s checks or money orders?

No.  Due to fraud and security purposes, we do not accept cheques of any kind at this time. 

Shipping and Handling

  • Shipping and handling charges are determined by the merchandise dollar amount of your order.

  • All orders are subject to verification.

  • If items are backordered, the total shipping and handling charges will be allocated proportionally and charged as the merchandise is shipped.  Please note that the total shipping and handling charge will not increase.

  • Please allow up to 14 business days to receive your shipment (for in-stock items only).

  • All orders are shipped via Canada Express Post standard mail. 

Damaged items

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment.  If damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at info@jasmineantoinette.com. Please provide the order number along with your phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
